Painting Add-on
With our instructors gentle guidance kids and parents can have fun, relax, and explore creativity. Design your own art work or pull inspiration from our many example paintings and hundreds of stencils to create an unique 8 x 10 masterpiece.
You'll have 90 minutes for your experience. We recommend adding an extra 30 minutes to your party to allow time to complete any unfinished projects.

Party Like a Ninja!
Here's everything you need to know to make
your celebration smooth, safe, and super fun!
Booking & Deposits:

We offer flexible booking options for Saturday & Sunday! Check Party date availability Please call to customize your party time.

A $300 nonrefundable deposite is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due seven days before the party.

All of our parties are 100% private, so your ninja gets the whole space to shine!

You are welcome to bring in food, cake and Decorations.(They are not included in your package)

Each child will receive an EC Kids wristbands and a bookmark.

Gratuity isn't included, but it's always greatly appreciated by our hardworking amazing coaches who make the magic happen!
Party Schedule:
Our parties run like a well-trained ninja--on time and packed with fun! Each party is 2 hours long, including:

90 minutes of gym time (plus any cool add-ons)

30 minutes for cake and food Want more time to party?
Add an extra 30 minutes with our party add-ons!
Arrival & Setup:

Hosts may arrive up to 30 minutes early
to decorate and set up.

Guest should arrive 10 minutes early so the kiddos can catch all the ninja obstacle course safety instructions before jumping into action.
Policies:

Adults are not permitted on the Ninja floor.

Glitter or face paint are not permitted

No glass containers--our barefoot ninjas thank you!

Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
Decor & Table info:

Table covers are a must! You'll need eight 6-foot table covers to fit all our party tables

Hosting a theme party? Go wild with your favorite colors or characters!

Short on time? We've got you covered --literally! We'll cover the tables with white covers for $20.
What to Bring & wear:

You are welcome to bring in food, cake and Decorations.(They are not included in your package)

Ninjas should wear comfortable clothing. Please avoid flowing garments, belts, buckles, jewelry, or large hair accessories--they can get in the way of ninja action!

It's bare feet or non-slip socks only on the gym floor. You're welcome to bring your own non-slip socks, or you can purchase a pair from us for $8.

A signed waiver is required for each child to participate.

If your child is already enrolled in our system, you're all set!

New to the gym? sign up ahead of time through our online enrollment system and be set for this party and all future parties, classes, or camps!
