You will not be charged for any no-class days.

Our programming is inclusive.  For participants with special considerations, an assessment is required prior to attending a trail class, class or camp to ensure a positive and successful experience.  To set up an assessment,

Classes are charged monthly

1 Hour 15 min class $55 per class (charged monthly)

1 Hour class $45 per class (charged monthly)

Drop-In Class Pricing

Drop-in classes are available only if space permits.

Weekday Classes: 

Our weekday classes run from September through May, with no interruption except on scheduled blackout days. 

We take a summer break during June, July, and August to make room for summer camp Programming.

Saturday Classes: 

Saturday classes run year-round, with no interruption except on scheduled

blackout days.

Tuition is automatically charged to your credit or debit card on the1st of each month. To ensure your spot in class each month, a credit card must be on file. Additionally, your tuition will be based on your start date! Rest assured, you won’t be billed for any class blackout dates. Please remember that tuition is non-refundable; however, we offer one make-up token per month for missed classes. Be sure to submit your absences before the class you will miss to receive a "Make-up token."

Make-Up Class Policy

We offer one make-up class per month.  To receive a make-up token, you must enter your absence before the start of the class you will be missing.

Make-up tokens are valid for 30 days and can be used for a similar class.  Please note: you must be an actively enrolled and registered student to use them.

To submint an absence:

1. Go to My Account

2. Click on Future Absence

3. Select the date

4. Follow the prompts to complete your submission

To cancel a class or unenroll, please email your request by the 15th of the current month for the changes to be effective in the following month. Any classes not canceled by this deadline will remain your financial responsibility.

To drop a class, go to My Account , click Enrollments and follow the prompts, or email us at info@ecfkids.com. Please include your child's full name along with the day and time  of the class you wish to drop.
