Whether your EC kid is getting ready for team try-outs or just having fun with their best friends, our safe and nurturing environment will allow them to stand on their own two feet.  Sport Fitness classes will measure and monitor student's balance, agility, strength, speed, coordination and flexibility.  The team building mentality allows kids of all ages and abilities to thrive in a supportive group setting.  We go the extra mile by educating our athletes on the importance of nutrition, water, sleep and how sugar effects brain function.

"Play Dates" (ages 3 and up). 

 Keep your child active, outdoors and away from the computer! Set up an EC Kid style after school "Play Date" with their best buddies. Drop off and run errands or stay to enjoy the fun exercises and creative challenges at every circuit. Any day is a good day to play!


Acrobatics

Whether its tumbling for cheer, stage or screen, JT will help you land on your own two feet.  He has the experience and the technical knowledge to help propel you safely to that next level.


Adaptive Sports 

There are no limits when it comes to an EC Kid athlete.

Any ability equals endless possibility.  Our resourceful team will connect with your child one on one or find the perfect social group setting for their needs.
